The FontEqual.com font identifier tool automatically collects only the data necessary to perform the font recognizer service, i.e., the images you upload. We do not require registration, so we do not store your name or email address.
Your images are processed in the server's memory solely to extract and recognize the letters. Immediately after the analysis is complete and a result is generated, the files may be temporarily cached, but they are not permanently saved in our databases in a way that allows them to be linked back to a user without consent.
Our website uses essential cookies to ensure the proper functioning of navigation mechanisms and to remember your local cropping settings in your browser. We do not use cookies for marketing or profiling purposes.
The history of your last 20 font analyses is stored entirely locally on your device (computer or phone) using your browser's local storage mechanism (localStorage). This data is not sent to our server nor collected anywhere else. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
We ensure the security of transmitted data by using standard HTTPS encryption across the entire FontEqual.com domain. This protects your files from third-party access during transmission.
